Using the studio
These terms govern your use of the website and beta writing service operated by Winfluential Digital OÜ (registry code 17578542), Estonia. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact hello@draftvox.com if you have questions.
Beta access
The service is in beta and is provided as-is and as available, to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, fail, or be withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, or any particular publishing or business result. Keep copies of content you need.
Account approval and invitations are at our discretion. Joining the waitlist or referring someone does not guarantee access or an invitation date. We may limit, suspend, or end access for misuse, security reasons, or changes to the beta. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give notice.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by email.
Your content and outputs
You retain ownership of your submitted content and, as between you and DraftVox and to the extent permitted by law, the outputs generated for you. You give us permission to process, store, and transmit your content only as needed to provide the service and handle your requests.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other people's outputs, or ineligible for copyright protection. Review and edit them before use. You are responsible for what you publish, including factual accuracy, permissions, privacy, intellectual property rights, and compliance with platform rules.
Acceptable use
- Only submit content you own or have permission or another lawful basis to use.
- Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, or infringement of another person's rights.
- Do not introduce malware, probe other users' accounts, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
- Do not manipulate the founding queue with fabricated applications or automated referral abuse.
Privacy and third-party services
Our privacy notice explains how personal data is handled, including AI inference and browser dictation. Third-party services and platforms may apply their own terms. Your use of DraftVox does not give us permission to publish to your social accounts without your instruction.
Responsibility and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Subject to those protections, you use beta features and rely on generated outputs at your own discretion.
Estonian law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes through the service or by email, unless an urgent legal or security reason requires an earlier change. The date above identifies the current version. If you do not accept an update, stop using the service and contact us about closing your account.
